Everything you need to know for reservation, modification or cancellation
Reservations are possible at any time on our homepage and we are also available by phone at +43 1 534 550 as well as by e-mail email@example.com.
Planning your journey is now even easier as we remain our flexible cancellation conditions for direct bookers*. For most bookings, you can cancel or rebook free of charge until 6:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Reservations with an advance payment (made after May 07, 2021) have a one-time date change included. If something goes wrong on the rebooked date, we will definitely find a solution for you. In any case, please contact us directly for rebooking requests.
Paid reservations made after June 30, 2020 and before May 07, 2021
As the packages of measures and associated restrictions of the individual countries were already known after the occurrence of the pandemic, such bookings were made after spring 2020 at your own personal risk. Your right to a refund is therefore not given. If you have made a reservation directly* with the hotel, please contact our colleagues. Travelers with prepaid reservations made through third-party portals (Booking, Expedia, travel agencies, etc.), please contact the respective reservation platform for assistance.
* Direct bookers: this includes all reservations made via www.hotel-wandl.com, by e-mail, by telephone and on site. Our partner for handling online reservations is bookassist. The conditions for direct bookers do not apply to bookings via third-party portals and other booking platforms as well as travel agencies.
General Covid-19 Measures
We will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible and request your assistance with the following measures:
Conditions of admission
☛ A negative test result (not older than 48 hours on arrival and mandatory every 2 days in case of a longer stay; NOTE: "self made tests" are not allowed as an entry document)
☛ A recognized certificate of vaccination (EU citizens: "green pass" / QR Code)
☛ A recognized certificate of covid-19 recovery, if not older than 6 months
FFP2 mask protection and distance regulations
There is no mask needed in the entire Hotel. For your safety we recommend to wear a mask wherever you want. Keep distance also in the public areas, the elevators and in the restaurant.
Stay in the hotel lobby
You are allowed to stay in the hotel lobby for all matters related to your arrival and departure, as well as for obtaining information and waiting for further transportation (cab), in compliance with the distance and mask regulations.
Restaurant - Breakfast
Our breakfast buffet is again available to all guests and we ask for your understanding that waiting times may occur due to increased demand. Breakfast in the room is still one of our popular services. Group travelers (from 10 persons) are offered certain breakfast times, which will be communicated upon arrival. The mask requirement is waived exclusively at the table and a maximum of 8 people + associated children are allowed per table. Please support our team in the restaurant with these measures imposed by the government and thus allow all guests a good start to the day.
Our hotel bar is back in operation for you on a limited basis, although the consumption of refreshments at the bar and/or in the hotel lobby is still not permitted. The Hotel Bar is available 24/7.
The use of the hotel's fitness room is limited and may be entered by only 1 person. In case of increased demand, the use time will be limited to 60 minutes. Allocated times can be reserved at the reception free of charge. The Fitness Room can be used at any time.
Unchanged measures in the HOTEL WANDL since the beginning of the pandemic
Our employees are regularly trained in important hygiene measures and in contact with guests and are always available to answer any questions you may have.
Furthermore, our employees participate in weekly COVID PCR testing and additional rapid testing.
We wear mouth-to-nose protection in all public areas and/or are already fully vaccinated.
The COVID-19 prevention concept as well as all protective regulations and measures are up-to-date and are regularly adapted based on ongoing information from the authorities.
