Very nice hotel with central location, beautiful rooms and a very service oriented and polite staff

Everything is always so easy and fluid : welcome, comfort, cleanliness. Very good breakfast and perfect location.

Very good for solo travelers. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good and yummy. The room was quiet which helped me get a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

A friend of mine recommended this place. I had a very pleasant stay, this hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Vienna. The staff is really nice and they offer an excellent breakfast with lots of options. 10+ !

The hotel was well maintained and close to so many things. The room was clean and comfortable and quet. The hotel staff was very kind and accomodating to any of my needs.

We were more than pleasantly surprised with the elegance of your hotel. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We like high ceilings in the rooms and the toilet is separated from the bathroom. The location is perfect. We are definitely coming again soon. Thank you

Cosy hotel at wonderful location, right in the city center. Delicious breakfast. Everything was great. We had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Few minutes walk from Stephanplatz station, Cafe Hawelka or Cafe Biesl, and basically anywhere everywhere that’s worth to go and do in that area. The room facing St Peter is just amazing. Room size is bigger than normal for that locality. We also enjoyed riding the old-style elevator, bringing back some history. Staff is professional. Overall a great stay and highly recommended!

The location is the best; the staff is outstanding, and they made fantastic restaurant recommendations; the room was great; the breakfast was superb; the hotel was nicely decorated for the Christmas season; and the car service was excellent.

Excellent hotel, wonderfully situated and clearly client-oriented : for example, a very late cancellation (7pm) due to our plane cancellation was not counted in the final bill: unusual enough to be praised. (The booking had been made at the hotel itself)

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Some of the best I have ever encountered in my numerous travels through Europe.

Everything was extremely good. Hospitality, location, high quality rooms and service. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

General: Great location and convenient. Beautifully maintained. Spotlessly clean. Staff: Wonderful, pleasant and helpful both the day and evening crew. They even had a whole host of adapters for me to borrow to recharge my phone. Breakfast: delicious with lots of options. Lovely room. Not crowded. Room: good size. Comfortable bed. My room faced the courtyard and was quiet and so missed all the street noise. The room gets very warm so was fortunate to be able to leave the window open at night (in December). Bathroom was fine. Would’ve preferred a shower stall vs climbing in/out of a deep tub. Adequate hot water. Overall: highly recommended. Thank you for a great stay.
