I love this hotel for its location! This was my second time staying here and I always look forward to the breakfast and hospitality of the staff. There is a small fitness room with a treadmill, elliptical, and bike. At this price point for the convenience of being in the middle of Vienna, this place is a gem! For the holiday season, Stephansplatz Christmas Market was steps away, as was the subway. We will be back!

The location was excellent, close to Stephansplatz and Graben but very quiet. The hotel is modern in terms of decor and amenities but still retains an old-fashioned charm. Our rooms were functional but very clean and comfortable, and good value for money. Staff were without exception friendly and helpful.

The best hotel I have stayed in Vienna very clean warm and cozy best location, very good breakfast .

We enjoyed the stay at Hotel Wandl very much. The room, the service, the location in the centre of the city is excellent.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location. Very nice breakfast in a spacious dining room. We stayed in a Superior room overlooking St Peter’s Church. Great sound proofing as the 7.am bells didn’t disturb us at all. The room was lovely, very big, stylish and very comfortable with a sofa and chairs and a coffee table. The only thing it was missing was a mini bar as it would have been nice to be able to sit down and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. As it was, we never really used the seating area but did use the small bar area a couple of times. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Wandl if we ever return to Vienna and would recommend it.

Simply excellent and highly recommended. Beautiful hotel. My room was most satisfactory. Breakfast superb. Reception/service very courteous and efficient. Central location really helped in going about the city. Thank you!

The hotel is perfectly located, very close to all attractions yet tucked away on a quiet street (next to a small church which is surprisingly grand inside!). My room was small, but very comfortable with everything I needed, including the best hotel pillows I’ve encountered in years. The staff is kind, warm and knowledgeable, and the generous breakfast will fill a traveler up until dinner time, with perhaps an afternoon pastry and espresso to tide one over. The Wandl provides excellent accommodations at a great price point. I feel like I stumbled on to a special secret. Thanks so much— I cannot wait to return.

We stayed for 4 nights at this delightful hotel. We received a warm greeting at reception, the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, there was a very good selection of food at breakfast and the waiting staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated centrally and it is easy to get around from here. On our last day, with an evening flight, we were permitted to leave our luggage at the hotel, which was tagged and stored by a very friendly porter, for us to collect later in the day. We would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again in the future.

*Everything* about the Hotel Wandle was just right. From the moment of our early arrival when the rooms were ready, to to the moment we left, the staff were and facilities exceeded expections. Many thanks and we will come back.

Todo genial. Habitaciones acogedoras y personal muy amable. El desayuno muy completo y la localización de 10, en pleno centro de la ciudad al lado de todo.

Loved our stay! Great location and we could walk or train everywhere easily. Great value and our room was huge by European standards. Had A/C and included breakfast, which was unexpected and lovely. Would definitely stay again.

Good location, good breakfasts included in price, nice room with all amenities (even my economy room had a bathrobe and slippers which is very much appreciated), good WIFI and friendly and helpful staff

The hotel is in an ideal location, right in the center of Vienna, but inside it is still quiet. The room is simple but good. The breakfast is perfectly fine. The staff is friendly.

It was a wonderful experience. My room was clean and modern and the hotel had an incredible location for walking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and my whole stay couldn’t have been more peaceful. Did I mention they have the best breakfast of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in? Just fab.

This was the perfect hotel in Vienna! It is super centrally located and within minutes of all of the major attractions. The metro system is a block or so away and made visiting Vienna a true breeze. The staff was friendly and caring, the breakfast spread was fabulous (so many different choices!), and the room was clean and large for Europe standards. We loved the location and the property - would stay here again if back in Vienna!
